- Refined Flour 1 tbsp

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp mint leaves
- 1 tsp green chilies, chopped
- 2 slices cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 yellow capsicum
- 1 green capsicum
For The Rice:
- 1 1/3 cup Basmati Rice Grains
- 2 2/3 cups Water
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- 4 tbs Butter
- 2 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Sliced Jalapeno Pepper
- 3/4 cup Sliced Zucchini
- 1/4 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
- 1 tsp Fresh Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tsp Finely Chopped Celery Stalks
- 1 tsp Chopped Parsley Leaves
- To Taste Salt
- Grind the mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic and lemon juice. Add salt, red chili powder and olive oil to make a paste.
- Cut the cottage cheese into thick slabs and sprinkle salt and red chili powder on each side.
- Spread the paste on the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle some flour over the paste so that it sticks to the paneer steaks.
