You will smack your lips in contentment as soon as you take the first bite of the panner steak. The succulent cottage cheese will melt on your tongue, making you moan in pleasure.
The best thing about this recipe is that it is quite easy to prepare and also economical. My favorite part aspect about this recipe is that you can play around with the flavors as much as you want.

Steak is always a special dish, whether you make it with chicken or cottage cheese.

What to Serve with Paneer Steaks?
Paneer steak with sauteed vegetables is one of the best combinations ever. It is the perfect combo of flavors and nutrients. The delectable crunch of bell pepper with the soft bite of paneer steaks makes it just so delicious. The reds, yellows, and greens of the vegetables make the dish look great on the table.

You can also serve your favorite dip or sauce with cottage cheese steaks to add a kick of flavor to the dish. Now you know what to serve with paneer steaks!

How to Make Spicy Pepper Garlic Sauce for Your Paneer Steak?

Now, let’s talk about the spicy part of the recipe. A spicy pepper garlic sauce adds a punch of flavor and takes the dish to the next level. To make the spicy pepper garlic sauce, all you have to do is mix a teaspoon of red chili flakes, half a teaspoon of black pepper, with half a teaspoon of garlic paste in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Then, mix two teaspoons of cornflour with water and add the garlic paste to it. Make sure that you mix the cornflour with the water first. Otherwise, it will get clumpy and won’t mix properly.

If you want to give it a ketchup-y tinge, add two tablespoons of ketchup to the dip. Before you serve, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on the dip to add a burst of green to it. All done!

A tip to make the sauce even more yummy is to ground the chili and black pepper fresh. This will bring out more flavor to this dip. Also, do not make this dip ahead of time because it gets very thick. If you do want to store it for later, you can add some water to dilute the dip.

You can drizzle the spicy pepper garlic sauce over the paneer steaks before serving.

Tips for Making the Best Paneer Steak

An amazing tip is to grill the paneer steak on a grill pan. The patterns of the grill pan get imprinted on the steak, making it look even more appetizing.

The next tip is to add vegetables to your recipe. You can use anything from broccoli, zucchini, and corn to capsicum and carrots, and it will turn out amazing. If you serve the paneer steaks with broccoli, even your kids will love broccoli. If you want to get a little fancy, pierce the vegetables on skewers. This will give it a restraint-style look. You can serve the paneer steaks separately or add them to the bamboo skewers also.

You can also mash the paneer and mix it with salt, pepper, coriander, garlic, etc. to make patties. If you are using this method, you can grill the patties for about 5 minutes and the paneer steak will be ready. Many people like their paneer steaks like this because the flavors get mixed together, making an even more delicious paneer steak. The crisp softness of the paneer steak patty will make you moan in delight. To make the paneer a little crispy on the outside, coat it with bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes. This will add a delectable crisp to the paneer. If you are using bread crumbs or cornflakes to coat the paneer, you can add a little more salt and pepper to balance the flavors.

Also, before you place the paneer steaks on the grill, make sure that the skillet is smoking hot so that the cottage cheese steaks steak gets a little crispy.

A useful tip is to not make these cottage cheese steaks in advance. This is because the paneer starts to get a little chewy if you keep it out for too long. The best way is to make them fresh so that the paneer stays soft and crispy. This makes for the best paneer steaks ever!
